Composite Meter Box Covers for Neptune Meters

The Palmdale Water District is seeking qualified vendors to supply composite meter box covers designed to accommodate Neptune T-10 R900i Antennas for existing meter boxes within the District's metering area. The covers must fit existing Eisel Enterprises Concrete Meter Series Meter Boxes in the following sizes: Water Series 437, Water Series 438, and Water Series 666B. Detailed sizing specifications are provided in the attached documentation.

The Palmdale Water District is an independent special district governed by a five-member Board of Directors that has served its service area since its formation in 1918 under Division 11 of the California Water Code. The District's primary functions include acquiring, controlling, conserving, storing, and distributing water for beneficial use by inhabitants and water users within its boundaries.

Key Dates: Questions and answers deadline is March 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Proposal submission deadline is March 22, 2021 at 8:00 PM. Vendors must submit complete proposals including pricing information, vendor questionnaire responses, and all required documentation as specified in the RFP instructions.
