Construction Crews for Electrical Distribution Maintenance

Lakeland Electric (LE) is seeking qualified construction crews to provide maintenance services for its electrical distribution system. This Request for Proposal solicits proposals from experienced contractors capable of performing distribution maintenance work in accordance with industry standards and safety requirements.

The scope of work includes maintenance of LE's electrical distribution infrastructure. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in distribution system maintenance, including work on poles, lines, transformers, and related equipment. Qualified bidders must provide construction crews capable of performing the required work safely and efficiently.

Key deadlines include a Questions and Answers deadline of May 19, 2023 at 9:00 PM ET and a proposal submission deadline of May 30, 2023 at 6:00 PM ET. All proposals must be submitted through the designated procurement portal. Contractors must include pricing proposals along with completed vendor questionnaires and safety evaluations as part of their submission.

All contractors must meet insurance and safety requirements as specified in the RFP documents. Required documentation includes indemnification agreements, contractor safety evaluation forms, and annual audit forms where applicable.
