CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The City of Pasadena Water & Power Department is seeking qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services on an as-needed basis to supplement existing resources in its Water Division for various water utility capital improvement and maintenance projects. This is a competitive procurement under the Request for Proposals (RFP) process utilizing the Competitive Selection PMC 4.08.047 template.

The scope of work encompasses on-call construction management and inspection support for the City's water utility capital improvement and maintenance initiatives.
