Crawler Crane Rental for Pipe Replacement

This invitation to bid solicits a 110 Ton Hydraulic Track Crane with operator and rigging services for the Richland Chambers Pipeline Replacement Project. The vendor will provide crane services for replacing 15 segments of 72-inch E-301 pre-stressed pipe, with the heaviest pipe piece weighing approximately 50,000 lbs. The crane will be required to lift pipe sections from ground level to placement heights of 20 to 25 feet.

The project is scheduled to run from February 16, 2026 through March 31, 2026. The work is managed by the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) Pipeline Operations department.
