DAIKIN Chiller Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs, St. Petersburg Police Department

The City of St. Petersburg Police Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for DAIKIN chillers located at two facilities. The scope includes four units total: two water-cooled chillers (350-ton and 330-ton) and two air-cooled chillers (330-ton and rooftop unit) positioned at the SPPD Headquarters Central Energy Plant (1301 1st Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33705) and the SPPD Training Center (1845 13th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33713).

Vendors must provide all-inclusive services including labor, supervision, vehicles, Daikin-approved original manufacturer materials, software and programming, and all necessary equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal chiller performance and will be available for emergency repairs as needed.

Key dates include a pre-proposal conference on August 22, 2024 at 2:30 PM, a questions and answers deadline of August 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM, and a proposal submission deadline of September 3, 2024 at 7:00 PM.
