Dell VxRail E560F Maintenance and Support Renewal

The City of Pasadena, Water and Power Department (PWP) is seeking to renew maintenance and support for the Dell EMC VxRail E560F hyper-converged infrastructure system. The scope of work includes Dell VxRail ProSupport hardware and software support for a 2-year period, along with a 1-year subscription to VMware vSphere Foundation.

Key requirements include compliance with all City of Pasadena procurement standards, HUD federal requirements (for contracts under $200,000), and Information Technology security requirements established by the Department of IT. Bidders must complete required forms including the Declaration of Non-Collusion, proof of legal status, and disclosure of lobbying activities. A Unique Entity ID (SAM registration) is required.
