It includes six (6) substations (SS2, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7 and SS9) and one (1) Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear (SS7A) which are approaching the end of their service life. Substation equipment and electrical items to include but not limited to existing substation ring main units (RMUs), transformers secondary circuit breaker cabinet combination and substation cabling shall be replaced. New dry-type transformers, Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) switches, outdoor enclosures, Capacitor Bank, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters, reconfiguration of existing AMI meters, grounding, protective relaying, other electrical items and civil work are required for complete and usable substations. Award will be made in U.S. Dollars. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
