DOWNTOWN WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS – ARPA PROJECT 1

This is a wastewater infrastructure improvement project in the downtown area, funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) resources. The project involves comprehensive wastewater system upgrades and improvements as detailed in the bid specifications and construction plans. The scope includes design and construction work for wastewater infrastructure serving the downtown district.

The bid documents package includes 100% completed specifications and 100% construction plans, signed and sealed by design professionals. Addendum No. 1 was issued on October 17, 2023, with revisions to the original bid terms. All contractors must review both the original bid documents and the addendum prior to submission.

The project is currently in closed bid status, meaning the submission deadline has passed and the solicitation is no longer accepting new proposals. Historical bid documents remain available for reference purposes through Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB).
