DRAFT GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (GSA) FOR INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROLS

Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) seeks to establish General Service Agreements with multiple instrumentation and controls companies to provide emergent, emergency, and time-critical work across GRU's energy supply, energy delivery, water and wastewater systems, and other business operations. The GSAs will feature pre-determined billing rates and set mark-ups for materials, rental equipment, and sub-contractor services as required.

This solicitation is structured as a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ), allowing GRU to evaluate the qualifications and capabilities of instrumentation and controls vendors. Multiple vendors may be selected to form a roster of pre-qualified contractors available for rapid deployment when needs arise.
