Eaton Products

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) is soliciting sealed bids for the provision and maintenance of Eaton UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) products. WSSC Water currently operates eighty-seven (87) UPS systems across multiple facilities utilizing various manufacturer brands and is transitioning to standardize on Eaton UPS systems as existing equipment reaches end of life or requires replacement.

The scope of work includes providing and maintaining Eaton Products in accordance with Eaton's specifications and order requirements. The new Eaton UPS systems shall provide continuous power protection for WSSC Water's critical infrastructure, enhance maintenance efficiency, and reduce inventory complexity across the organization's operations.

Key deadlines include a Questions and Answers deadline of October 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of October 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Responses must be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater. Late responses will not be accepted.

Evaluation will consider minimum qualifications, pricing proposals, vendor questionnaires, and compliance with MBE/SLBE program requirements. Bidders must provide sealed responses and comply with all general conditions, special conditions, insurance requirements, and bond requirements as specified in the solicitation documents.
