SVCE seeks information about the experience and qualifications of organizations to implement and provide ongoing support for eHub, an online Customer Resource Center. eHub aims to support customers' electrification journeys by enabling customer education, engagement and action related to electrification and decarbonization, via online tools, resources and promotions. The primary goal is to provide customers with easily digestible information, resources and tools they need to make beneficial decisions on clean energy and whole home electrification. The scope is divided into three distinct Sections based on customer outcomes: "Inspire" – eHub User Interface and Experience - Inspiration and Engagement, "Educate" – Education Tools, and "Act" – Action Tools. Key Topics include Energy and Emissions, Mobility, Built-Environment, and Self-Generation & Resilience. The vendor is responsible for improving the eHub interface and experience, creating a digital engagement strategy, providing educational tools, and implementing action tools that aid customers in taking concrete steps toward electrification and decarbonization.
