Contractor must maintain a minimum of 4,500kW (standby rated) power and 4,095kW (Prime rated) power available for the site and power plant from April 15th through September 15th. The contractor must maintain a minimum of 3,000kW (standby rated) power and 2,730kW (Prime rated) power available for the site and power plant from May 1st to July 31st. All other times of the year the contractor is not allowed to shut down a generator. 30-day notification of anticipated electrical shutdowns are required. The contractor must provide construction phasing plan, schedule, and assumptions in the Engineering Considerations and Instructions for Field Personnel (ECIFP) Report and within the design drawings and specifications.
