ELECTRIC COST OF SERVICE & RATE STUDY

Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive electric cost of service and rate study. This engagement requires a detailed analysis of the utility's electric system costs, cost allocation methodologies, and rate design recommendations. The study will serve as a foundation for BPUB's rate-setting decisions and regulatory filings.

The scope of work includes conducting a thorough cost of service analysis to identify the costs associated with providing electric service across different customer classes and rate schedules. The consultant will develop cost allocation methodologies, prepare cost of service studies, and provide rate design recommendations.
