Electric Utility Management Consulting

The City of Banning is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide electric utility management consulting services. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services outlined in the Scope of Work. Proposals are requested from companies that have demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal.

The City of Banning is strategically located in the San Gorgonio Pass between the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley in Southern California. As a city incorporated in 1913 with a history of serving as a stagecoach and railroad stop, Banning maintains a spirit of resourcefulness and collaborative approach to municipal services.

Key dates for this solicitation include: Q&A Deadline on November 9, 2022 at 12:00 AM and Proposal Submission Deadline on November 18, 2022 at 10:00 PM. Interested vendors should review the complete Scope of Work, Vendor Questionnaire requirements, and Pricing Proposal guidelines.
