Electrical Motors, Parts, and As-Needed Repair Services

Zone 7 Water Agency is soliciting quotations from qualified and reliable contractors to provide electrical motors, parts, and as-needed repair services. The scope of work includes supply and repair of electrical motors and associated components to support the agency's water operations and maintenance activities.

Submission Requirements: All quotes must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/zone7water by 2:00 pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. A Q&A deadline is set for January 14, 2025 at 10:00 pm. Vendors must comply with prevailing wage requirements and contractor registration requirements as outlined in the solicitation documents.

Qualification and Insurance Requirements: Selected contractors must meet minimum insurance requirements as specified in the attached Minimum Insurance Requirement - Maintenance document. Vendors must also provide a completed Vendor Questionnaire as part of their submission. The work will be governed by the Maintenance Services Contract Template provided.

Technical Specifications: Motor specifications are detailed in attached motor plate documentation (Motor 1 and Motor 3 plates). Interested vendors should review all attachments and sections including vendor qualifications, specifications/scope of service, award information, general provisions, county purchase order terms and conditions, and prevailing wage compliance requirements.
