ELECTRICAL SAFETY (ARCH FLASH) TRAINING

Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB) is seeking qualified training providers to deliver comprehensive electrical safety and arc flash training to utility personnel. The training program is designed to ensure employee competency in hazard recognition, safety procedures, and arc flash protective equipment usage in accordance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.

The scope of services includes developing and delivering specialized electrical safety training curriculum with hands-on instruction and assessment components. Training must cover arc flash hazard analysis, personal protective equipment (PPE) selection and use, electrical safety work practices, and incident prevention. The training provider is responsible for curriculum development, instructor certification, and detailed documentation of training completion and competency verification.
