Emergency and Non-Emergency Spill Response Clean-up and Restoration

The City of Austin is seeking qualified contractors to provide emergency and non-emergency response clean-up and restoration services for both hazardous and non-hazardous oil and chemical spills. This solicitation covers the full spectrum of spill response activities, including immediate emergency response for hazardous situations as well as planned non-emergency clean-up and restoration efforts.

Key dates for this solicitation include publication on April 13, 2026, with a mandatory vendor meeting scheduled for April 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Responses must be submitted prior to May 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with the response opening occurring immediately thereafter at the same time and date.

All documentation is available for download from the City's procurement portal. Insurance is required for all contractors responding to this solicitation.
