Energy Markets and Planning (E-MAP) Program RFP

NASEO is seeking a program operator to design and deliver the Energy Markets and Planning (E-MAP) Program, which supports state energy offices in integrating clean energy markets and long-term planning across buildings, industry, and transportation sectors. The scope includes developing training curricula, providing technical assistance to state teams, and facilitating peer learning networks to help states accelerate clean energy adoption and grid modernization. Contract value and term length will be determined through the proposal review process.
