ERCOT seeks a qualified supplier to provide an enterprise data governance, data management, and data catalog platform, along with optional implementation services. The solution will serve as a central enabling technology supporting the organization in establishing foundational data governance and management capabilities. The selected platform must support metadata management, data quality, data lifecycle management, data domains, visibility, business glossary, data lineage, and stewardship workflows.

Key dates for this procurement include: RFP release on April 02, 2026; optional Notice of Intent to Propose due April 08, 2026; Respondent Questions due April 13, 2026; Response to Respondent Questions on April 17, 2026; and Respondent Proposals due May 01, 2026. Respondent presentations, anticipated contract award, and contract start date are to be determined.
