Environmental Certificates Procurement

National Grid is soliciting proposals for the procurement of Environmental Certificates, specifically Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). This RFP is designed to establish supplier relationships for the purchase of renewable energy certificates that National Grid will procure and sell as part of its wholesale electric supply operations.

Proposals should include complete information as outlined in the Required Proposal Information document. Qualified suppliers are invited to submit bids using the provided Bid Form (MA RECs). All proposals must be prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Master Certificate Purchase Agreement.
