Environmental Permitting Services for Cedar Creek Section 2 Replacement, Cedar Creek Section 4 Replacement, Section 1D & 1E Pipelines, and Arlington Outlet Improvements

TRWD is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified environmental firms to provide comprehensive environmental studies and permitting services for multiple pipeline projects, including Cedar Creek Section 2 Replacement, Cedar Creek Section 4 Replacement, Section 1D & 1E Pipelines, and Arlington Outlet Improvements. The selected environmental consulting team will be responsible for coordinating with a separately procured engineering design team to ensure project schedule and quality goals are achieved.

Key dates for this solicitation include: Pre-Proposal Meeting on April 16, 2024 at 8:00 PM; Questions and Answers (Q&A) Deadline on April 23, 2024 at 10:00 PM; and SOQ Submission Deadline on April 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM.

The scope of work encompasses environmental studies and permitting activities necessary to support the design and construction of the pipeline replacement and improvement projects. The environmental team must coordinate closely with the engineering design consultant throughout all project phases to maintain schedule adherence and meet quality requirements.
