Amendment 0003 is issued to provide questions submitted and answers to those questions. The Notice of Opportunity Amendment 0003 is revised to (a) reflect the due dat for ESCO Expressions of Interest from 6/19/2023 to 6/20/2023 at 12:00pm ET, (b) exclude the project list from the page count for Factor 4, (c) Include revised Attachment A, EOI Supplemental Data to include missing buidling water information, and (d) for Factor 1, revise the requirement to meet Criterion 1. Amendment 0003 6/6/2023 add NOO Attachment A - EOI Supplemental Data, Revised. Amendment 0004 6/13/2023 include revised Notice of Opportunity for clarification. Amendment 0004 is revised to (a) reflect the due date for ESCO Expressions of Interest from 6/19/2023 to 6/20/2023 (page 11), and (b) exclude the project list from the page count for Factor 4 (page 9, bullet #4).
