Fiber IPG Laser Cutter Table

The Pasadena Water and Power Department (PWP), Power Delivery Unit, is soliciting competitive bids for the purchase of one (1) Fiber Laser Cutter Table with IPG laser source. This is a re-solicitation following the rejection of all bids in a previous procurement (2024-IFB-MS-0696) due to insufficient specification of the laser source requirement as IPG.

The procurement is conducted under the Materials and Supplies competitive bidding process (PMC 4.08.045) and is open to qualified respondents. The successful bidder will provide a fiber laser cutter table meeting the specifications outlined in the bid documents, including compliance with all City of Pasadena requirements, insurance provisions, and federal terms and conditions applicable to this purchase.

Key submission dates include a Q&A deadline of March 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM PST and a proposal submission deadline of April 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM PST. Responsive bids will be evaluated based on the criteria established in the bid documents. All proposals must comply with HUD requirements (Federal Package for amounts less than $200,000), insurance requirements, information technology requirements, and public contract procedures.
