Fire System Upgrades (CO2 Removal) SPSP

This Request for Proposal solicits bids for fire system upgrades involving CO2 removal at GRDA's Salina Pump Back Location. The project is identified as RFP 6612 and represents infrastructure improvements at the specified facility.

All prospective vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST at GRDA's Salina Pump Back Location, 620 S. 4437 Road, Salina, Oklahoma 74367. Attendance and sign-in at this meeting is required in order to be eligible to submit a bid on the project. Amendment 1 to the solicitation has been posted and is accessible via the Bid Express website for those who attended the mandatory site visit.

Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by March 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST, with responses provided no later than March 18, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST. All questions and answers must be processed through the Bid Express website; phone, fax, and email submissions will not be accepted. Bids are due by March 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST via the Bid Express website. All bid materials must be submitted through Bid Express; sealed bids will not be accepted via fax, email, or third-party delivery.

Prospective vendors must register with Bid Express to view and download the RFP at no cost; however, there is a fee to submit a proposal. Vendors must also submit a completed vendor registration form and IRS Form W-9 if they have not done so within the previous 12 months.
