FLYGT PUMPS REPAIR AND PARTS

Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is soliciting proposals for repair services and parts supply for Flygt submersible pumps used across all GRU facilities. The contractor(s) must provide all parts, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to repair and maintain these pumps at various GRU treatment and operational sites.

Scope includes furnishing repair services, replacement parts, labor, and all equipment required for Flygt submersible pump maintenance and repair operations. Technical specifications and detailed scope of work are provided in the attached documentation (Attachment B). Contractors must complete the pricing form (Attachment C) with their cost proposals.

Submission Instructions: Proposals must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/gru/projects/201632. Respondents should review the sample contract (Attachment A) and all general terms and conditions, supplemental conditions, and federal supplemental conditions before submitting. Questions must be submitted by the Q&A deadline of February 10, 2026.
