The City of Loveland, Colorado is seeking sealed bids for operations and maintenance services for the Foothills Solar Field. This invitation to bid covers comprehensive facility operations and maintenance services for a one-year initial contract period with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, for a potential maximum contract term of five years.
The work will be performed at the City of Loveland Foothills Substation and Solar Field located in Larimer County, Colorado. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to operate and maintain the solar field facility in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the bid documents.
Bids must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org no later than 2:00 p.m. MST on January 11, 2024. The subject line in the email must contain the name of the bid and the company name and address should be included in the body of the email. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online by the question acceptance deadline of January 3, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. MST.
The award will be made on an all-or-none basis. Insurance is required as a condition of the contract. Interested vendors should review all available bid documents and requirements before submitting their proposals.
