Foreign Material Exclusion and Firewatch Services (Cooper Nuclear Station)

Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) intends to procure Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) services and Compensatory Fire watches at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), located near Brownville, Nebraska. The services will be provided during pre-outage activities and the Fall 2026 Refueling Outage (RE34), in accordance with DISTRICT procedures and applicable CONTRACTOR internal processes.

The scope includes FME services to prevent contamination and firewatch services to provide compensatory fire protection during the refueling outage. Bidders must comply with all DISTRICT procedures and relevant specifications outlined in the contract documentation.
