Fuel, Marine Grade, Gasoline and Diesel (Tankwagon)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified vendors to provide fuel and lubricants for the City Marina. The Marina operates two 6,000-gallon fuel tanks with typical order sizes of approximately 4,000 gallons per delivery. Delivery via tank wagon truck (smaller truck) is desirable due to the location of the storage tanks at 500 1st Ave SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the purchase of marine-grade gasoline and diesel fuel. The solicitation was released on March 25, 2024, with a Questions and Answers deadline of April 1, 2024 at 4:00 PM. The proposal submission deadline is April 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM.

Vendors must submit their proposals in accordance with the City's procurement procedures and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. The agreement template and all specifications are available in the attachments. Qualified vendors should be experienced in fuel delivery operations and capable of meeting the City Marina's fuel supply needs on a regular basis.
