Fuel Station, Dispenser and Charging Station Parts

The County of Sacramento is soliciting bids for the purchase of parts on an as-needed basis for automotive and truck gasoline, diesel, propane, and CNG fueling stations and dispensers, and electric vehicle charging stations. The procurement excludes labor, installation, repairs, maintenance, parts vending machines, supplier-managed inventory solutions, or other services.

The County intends to award a contract to one or more successful bidders for an initial 12-month term, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement. The cumulative maximum contract value is $75,000, though the County does not guarantee any specific dollar amount or volume of materials. This RFB is part of the Sacramento County Procurement Alliance (SCoPA), a cooperative purchasing agreement allowing other governmental, educational, and non-profit entities to benefit from collective purchasing power.
