Furnish and Deliver Sprint Nozzles For Gas Turbine

Pasadena Water and Power (PWP), a department of the City of Pasadena, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver sprint nozzles for the Glenarm Power Plant. The Glenarm Power Plant operates five natural gas-fired combustion turbine units: GT-1 and GT-2 are 1970s-era Curtiss-Wright simple cycle gas turbines rated at 26 MW each; GT-3 and GT-4 are GE LM6000 simple cycle gas turbines with capacity of 47 MW each; and GT-5 is a combined cycle unit comprising a GE LM6000 gas turbine and Shin Nippon Steam Turbine with total combined capacity of 71 MW. These units are primarily deployed to provide power generation during peak periods. Bidders must submit proposals in accordance with all specified instructions and requirements outlined in the bid documents.

Submissions must include all required forms and certifications, including declarations of non-collusion, federal required certifications, unique entity identification from SAM, disclosure of lobbying activities, and HUD federal packages as applicable. Bidders must also complete the DoIT Technical Questionnaire and provide proof of proper insurance coverage and IT requirements compliance.
