FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF TWELVE (12) GALVANIZED STEEL TRANSMISSION POLES IN FIFTEEN (15) WEEKS

This invitation to bid solicits the furnishing and delivery of 12 galvanized steel transmission poles to extend an existing 69kV transmission project. The poles are to be manufactured as wood pole equivalents and must be delivered within a strict 15-week timeframe, which is identified as non-negotiable to meet client service needs.

Key deliverables include the supply and delivery of galvanized steel transmission poles meeting specifications outlined in EDEN-521 standards and the provided Galvanized Steel Poles Specifications document. Specific pole types and quantities are detailed in the Pole Types and Quantity attachment. Bidders must provide pricing proposals for furnishing these materials and ensure on-site delivery within the mandated 15-week window from contract award.

Bidders must comply with all insurance and safety requirements, including submission of a Contractor Safety Evaluation Form and annual audit certification. Indemnification agreements must be executed by the vendor. The procurement process includes a question and answer period closing February 20, 2024, at 10:00 PM EST, with proposals due February 27, 2024, at 8:00 PM EST.
