General Service Agreement for Supply of Lift Station Panels

GRU (Gainesville Regional Utilities) is seeking qualified panel builder(s) to supply standardized control panels for lift stations throughout its water and wastewater system. The solicitation is for the establishment of a General Service Agreement (GSA) to provide five different standardized control panel designs at various horsepower ratings and voltages, manufactured in accordance with GRU's new lift station standards and provided technical drawings. GRU anticipates purchasing a minimum of five lift station panels annually, with new developers required to procure standardized panels (ideally through piggy-backing on this GSA) to ensure consistency and compatibility across the entire system.

The project aims to replace GRU's current mix of control panel designs and manufacturers with standardized solutions. All new lift station panels and yearly replacement panels must conform to GRU's established lift station standards. The solicitation includes detailed scope of work documents, technical specifications, and standard lift station panel drawings for reference. Bidders must provide pricing for the five standardized panel configurations to be evaluated for contract award.

Key dates include a Questions and Answers deadline of February 3, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET and a proposal submission deadline of February 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET. The procurement is being managed by the Water/Wastewater Department with Annie Velez (Procurement Specialist III) handling procurement matters and Chris Krpan (Project Manager) as the technical contact. At least one panel builder will be selected to establish the GSA based on pricing evaluation.
