Generator Maintenance Services

The City of Georgetown seeks qualified proposals for scheduled maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, emergency response, and related services for City-owned power generators and automatic transfer switch gear on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The successful Offeror must meet all requirements of the RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified.

Sealed proposals must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via the City's website at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before May 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CST). Proposals will be immediately opened and read aloud following submission.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams on May 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM CT. Questions regarding the E-bid system may be directed to veronica.ferriz@georgetowntexas.gov. The question cut-off date is May 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM (CT). A public closing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams with specified meeting details and dial-in information provided.
