Generator Services and Parts

Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified and reliable contractor to provide generator services and parts. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for maintenance services related to power generation equipment. The contract will cover equipment maintenance, repair, and related services for power generation and transmission equipment, including blade maintenance and repair for electric power generators, and power plant equipment maintenance and repair services.

The solicitation includes detailed specifications for vendor qualifications and service requirements. Vendors must be registered and comply with prevailing wage requirements. Contractors must maintain minimum insurance coverage as specified in the attachment titled "MINIMUM INSURANCE REQUIREMENT - MAINTENANCE."

Submission Details: Quotes must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/zone7water no later than 2:00 pm (14:00) on Monday, March 9, 2026. All proposals must include a completed Bid Form and Vendor Questionnaire. A pre-proposal question and answer deadline is set for January 22, 2026 at 10:00 pm.

The contract will be governed by the Maintenance Services Contract Template provided as Attachment B. Award decisions will follow the outlined bid protest procedure, and agreement execution will follow standard protocols per the general provisions and county purchase order terms and conditions.
