GIS Water Utility Network Data Migration and Implementation

The City of Thousand Oaks, California, through its Public Works Department, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified consultant to provide professional Geographic Information System (GIS) services for the migration and implementation of the City's water Utility Network data within its ArcGIS Enterprise environment. Specific tasks involve reviewing the current data model and identifying gaps, migrating data to the Utility Network schema, publishing web services, configuring applications (such as ArcGIS Pro and Web AppBuilder), conducting system testing, developing training materials, and providing hands-on training to City staff. The consultant must also provide recommendations for ongoing administration and best practices. The project is expected to be completed within a timeline to be proposed by the vendor, with deliverables including a migration plan, configured services, documented procedures, and training materials.
