SVCE is seeking qualified vendors to provide grant research, tracking, and writing services. The vendor will assist SVCE staff in researching and identifying potential grant opportunities, including capture and assessment, preparing grant summaries, creating a grant tracking tool, and providing recommendations based on SVCE's priorities. The vendor will also provide professional grant writing services for federal, state, and private funding sources on an as-needed basis for SVCE and external partners in collaborative grant opportunities. Services include managing the grant application process, writing and submitting concept papers/pre-applications, and completing and submitting full grant applications and reporting materials. Grant topics will include advanced and emerging technologies and business models related to decarbonization, such as distributed energy resources, renewable generation, grid of the future, electric transportation, electric building technologies, workforce development, and energy resilience.
