Great River Energy 2020 RFP for Long-Term Capacity

GRE (Great River Electric) issued a 2020 long-term Request for Proposals for capacity acquisition. The RFP seeks power purchase agreements for long-term capacity supply to support GRE's energy portfolio needs. Proposals are being solicited from qualified independent power producers and other energy suppliers to provide capacity resources that will be evaluated for potential PPA execution.

Key Dates and Schedule:

• Issue Final Version of 2020 Long-Term RFP: July 2, 2020
• Notice of Intent Due: July 17, 2020
• Proposals Due: July 31, 2020
• Notification of Short List: August 31, 2020
• Targeted Execution of PPA: Q4 2020

All questions regarding the RFP should be directed to GRE2020RFP@acespower.com. Interested parties are required to submit a Notice of Intent by July 17, 2020, followed by full proposal submission by July 31, 2020. Selected proposals will be notified by August 31, 2020, with target PPA execution planned for the fourth quarter of 2020.
