Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory & Tracking Initiative

West County Wastewater District (WCW) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive data tracking, analysis, and reporting services related to WCW's Greenhouse Gas Emissions. The successful proposer will execute a three-year agreement to support WCW's sustainability and climate action initiatives.

WCW is a special district serving approximately 100,000 residents across western Contra Costa County, including the City of San Pablo, portions of the City of Richmond and City of Pinole, and unincorporated areas. The district operates an extensive wastewater infrastructure system including 249 miles of gravity sewer pipelines, 17 lift stations, 6 miles of pressurized force mains, and a water quality resource recovery plant with an NPDES-permitted capacity of 12.5 million gallons per day.

WCW reserves the right to award all or parts of the contract to multiple proposers, select no proposers, or re-solicit proposals.
