Grove Park Unit 9 – MATERIALS ONLY

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) is requesting quotes for materials required for underground utility work involving a galvanized service rehabilitation project. The scope involves the procurement of approved materials that will be delivered to CCUA's main warehouse. All materials must be shipped complete and clearly labeled according to specifications.

Vendors must reference CCUA's approved material manual to ensure all proposed materials meet the authority's standards and requirements. The solicitation requires detailed pricing with all tariffs, duties, taxes, and related charges clearly identified and itemized. CCUA is tax-exempt under Florida Statutes Section 212 and therefore not subject to sales tax; vendors may request a copy of the tax exemption certificate as needed.

Importantly, no increases, surcharges, or additional costs related to tariffs or duties will be honored or paid by CCUA unless explicitly included in the original quotation and acknowledged on the resulting Purchase Order. All costs must be transparently presented at the time of quote submission.
