Hallador 2023 MISO Energy and Capacity Request for Bid Proposals

Hallador Energy Company is soliciting bids for energy and capacity resources to be delivered in the MISO (Midcontinent Independent System Operator) market. This RFP seeks both physical and financial power proposals for energy-only blocks and capacity products. Award notification is scheduled for May 9, 2023, with contract and credit negotiation to occur in Q2-Q3 2023.

Contract negotiations will be tailored individually and may include ISDA or EEI agreements depending on the product.
