Heritage Park Power Line Site Preparation

This project involves site preparation for power line relocation at Heritage Park. The scope of work includes furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to prepare the site, with specific quantities including approximately 450 cubic yards of excavation, 12,500 cubic yards of borrow material, and relocation of approximately 22,000 cubic yards of topsoil from an existing stockpile. Any additional items shall be specifically defined in the Bid Documents.

Key dates for this project include a publication date of March 9, 2020 at 8:00 AM, with advertisements in the Post Register on March 8, 15, and 22, 2020. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2020 at 3:00 PM. An addendum was issued on March 20, 2020. The bid submission deadline is March 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM.

Bid documents must be submitted to the City Clerk at 308 Constitution Way, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402. The bid opening will be held in the Annex Conference Room. Complete project bidding documents are available for examination at the Public Works Department office located at 380 Constitution Way, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402 during business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Copies of the bidding documents may be purchased for a fee of $25.00 per set.
