HOMES and HEAR Community-Organizations Request for Qualifications

Energy Trust of Oregon is recruiting community-based organizations to serve as referral partners for HOMES (weatherization and electrification retrofits) and HEAR (heat pump installation assistance), connecting low-income households to rebates and incentives across Oregon. Organizations selected will integrate these programs into their existing community touchpoints, generating referral volume in underserved markets where Energy Trust currently has limited reach.
