HVAC Maintenance and Repairs for Orange County Utilities Sites

Orange County, Florida is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair services for multiple County Utilities sites. The contract will cover preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and service for HVAC equipment across designated utility facilities. Respondents must be capable of handling a variety of HVAC systems and equipment as detailed in the HVAC Equipment List provided in the solicitation documents.

Key deadlines include: Questions and answers must be submitted by Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:00 pm EST via the OpenGov question and answer module. The proposal submission deadline is Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 4:00 pm EST. All responses must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform; hand-delivered, mailed, faxed, or emailed offers will be rejected.
