Idaho Falls Power Generation Building Remodel

This project consists of remodeling work on the existing Idaho Falls Power Generation Building, including construction of new offices, installation of new HVAC systems, and renovation of toilet rooms. The bid packet includes an Advertisement for Bids, Project Manual, Drawings, and Supplementary Conditions.

Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner.

Key dates include a pre-bid meeting scheduled for January 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with addenda expected on January 28, 2026 and January 30, 2026. The bid closing date and time is February 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening occurring immediately at that time.
