IDEXX Water Testing Products

Clay County Utility Authority intends to conduct a sole-source procurement to purchase IDEXX Water Testing Products from IDEXX Distribution, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., which is designated as the Sole Supplier in the U.S. Testing Market.

This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Procurement under the authority of Clay County Utility Authority and State of Florida Statute 287.057 (5)(3)(c). This is not a traditional Request for Proposal, and no competitive solicitation is anticipated based on the sole-source justification.

Interested firms or individuals may submit written documentation of their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, including their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and a detailed statement regarding their capability to provide the specified procurement. Responses must clearly and convincingly demonstrate that the respondent is capable of meeting or exceeding the stated requirements.

All responses received within seven (7) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by Clay County Utility Authority. The determination by the Clay County Utility Authority Procurement Manager or designee regarding whether to compete this proposed action is solely within their discretion and that of the Clay County Utility Authority Executive Director. Deadline for responses is March 27, 2025 at 9:00 PM.
