IDIQ for Electrical Engineering Services for Protective Relays

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified electrical engineering firms to provide comprehensive protective relay studies under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope includes performing comprehensive studies and reviews of existing Protection Relay Parameter Values, Arc Flash Safety assessments, and other related electrical studies at seven pump stations across multiple phases. This RFSOQ is intended for projects valued over $5,000 that require time-sensitive completion. Only firms with demonstrated qualifications to perform protective relay engineering work are invited to submit.
