IFP 2025 Upper Development, Dam No. 1 Coffer Dam

Idaho Falls Power is soliciting competitive bids for the construction and installation of an earth embankment coffer dam at a specified location as detailed in the project plans. The scope of work includes importing embankment material in accordance with engineer specifications, installing the coffer dam, monitoring seepage conditions, dewatering collected seepage, controlled removal of the coffer dam with rewatering of the channel, and exporting the used coffer dam material from the site.

The project timeline includes a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 7, 2025, where prospective bidders can review site conditions and clarify project requirements. Sealed bids must be submitted to Idaho Falls Power at 140 S Capital Ave., Idaho Falls, by May 15, 2025 at 1:30 PM. Bid opening will occur on May 15, 2025.
