IFP 26-09 Downtown Alley Phases 2 & 3

This project involves the installation of conduit for underground electrical and fiber optic infrastructure in preparation for upgrading and undergrounding electrical and communications systems. The scope of work includes trenching, conduit installation, junction box installation, vault installation, traffic control measures, and surface repair. The project is being issued by Idaho Falls Power and represents phases 2 and 3 of the downtown alley infrastructure improvement initiative.

Bids will be received by Idaho Falls Power, located at 140 S Capital Ave. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026 to allow interested contractors to review the project site and ask clarifying questions. The bid opening will occur on March 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM. All bids must be submitted by the closing deadline of March 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
