IMPLEMENTATION OF A CAPITAL PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is seeking vendors to implement a capital planning and project management software system. This RFP covers the selection and deployment of a comprehensive software solution to support BPUB's capital project planning, tracking, and management operations across the utility's electric and water/wastewater services.

The implementation includes system configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support.
