INF - Fire System 5yr Maintenance

Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to provide parts and services to complete required 5-year preventative maintenance on a Marioff fire system in accordance with LES specifications. The scope of work includes maintenance services necessary to ensure compliance with fire system requirements and standards.

Successful bidders will be required to complete the LES Standard Services Contract, furnish proof of insurance with coverage as specified in the contract from an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ by A.M. Best's Rating. The certificate of insurance must list LES as an additional insured for general liability coverage and include a waiver of subrogation clause. Additionally, bidders must complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form as part of their submission.
